My talon x gaming mouse, which came in a combo with a mousepad is absolutely amazing, I thoroughly enjoyed using it. Not too long ago the mouse started to disconnect and reconnect to the PC. Then it just stopped working all together. When I go into manage devices and click on my mouse it says something is wrong with my mice's software or something like that. This is quite frustrating as I cant use it. Please help!

I have got Challenger Edge Pro and Nemesis Mouse. Command Center Pro for the Nemesis is installed but not loading up no matter what I do. Tried it on 3 different Systems but same result. Removed all HID instances in the device manager but no effect. Even install the fresh Windows but no effect. It is Windows 10 btw.

Nemesis Key Assignment Change?

Is there anyway to change in the software what each key registers as? For instance where button 1 is, I want it to register where button 5 is on the mouse. I know I can manually change bindings on games, but it makes it messy. I messed around in command center pro but it does not allow me to move the assignments around. Maybe I am just dense. Please help!

Hi, I have a Theron Plus Smart Mouse and I installed the TheronPlus Software and everytime I try to run the program now, I get the following error message:

Warning Please plug-in Gaming Device to start the AP configuration!

It was working the first time I installed the program. But then I had problems messing with the macros and had to re-install the program. Now this error message pops up whenever I attempt to run the Theron Plus software.

I tried uninstalling the software, drivers, restarting, registry cleaning in all sorts of combinations, but none of whatever I tried have seemed to work.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

I’m new to the community and I could really use some advice from those of you who’ve used Thermaltake gaming mice before.

I’ve been looking at two models — the Level 20 RGB and the Ventus X Plus. I mostly play FPS games like Apex Legends and Valorant, but I also do a bit of casual editing and browsing, so comfort matters too.

Here’s my dilemma:

I love the RGB and design of the Level 20 RGB, but I’ve read mixed opinions about its weight for fast-paced shooters.
The Ventus X Plus looks lighter and more ergonomic, and I really like the idea of the built-in Bluetooth and TT RGB Plus software integration for stats — but I’m not sure how accurate or useful that actually is in real use.

I’m currently using a Logitech G502, and while it’s solid, I want to move to an all-Thermaltake setup for my build.

So my questions are: Geometry Dash

Which of these two mice has better sensor accuracy and comfort for long FPS sessions?
How good is the TT iTAKE software for customization — any issues with profiles or RGB sync?
Does anyone have experience with durability or side-button feel after a few months of use?

Vintus X mouse stop working after few seconds

I just bought this mouse about one month, everytime when i open my laptop the mouse work for a while and then it will stop working after few seconds(light still on), i cant move the cursor, then 10 seconds after light will be off, i have to remove and re-put the usb again and again to make it work properly.

Sometimes when I put in the usb , usb not recognize code 43 occur

I have tried many times try to uninstall and install mouse driver, usb hub, disable power management in device manager, but it doesn't help, i tried to disable usb suspended in power option also nothing change.

I tried with other pc and laptop also has the same problem

any solution for this?

Hi , i bought TT volos mouse , everything is perfect , except one thing , I couldn't find key assignment of profile switch in application. every other button can be assigned to do specific click or command except that one , I really need to assign that button on click , since i don't want to push that button accidentally and switch my profile to different one. please help me out. thanks for your response.

alright so about 2 weeks ago I got a Talon Elite gaming mouse but the RGB version and I'm having a lot of difficulty trying to switch between the RGB modes static etc.
