both and and it show the same message. I use window 7 64 bit sp1 - Microsoft .Net framework 4.5.2

It worked fine when i first installed mice software and i play with it for a while. And then it clashed ,i try to re-launch it.I got this message It seems to stuck with last the setting before the software clashed.Now i cant use thumb button I already to reinstall Microsoft .net framework in different version - no effect Uninstall and reinstall both command center and gaming program for ventus x - no effect Switch computer install the software - got same message Is there anyway to solve this ? or at least reset all the setting on the mice? thanks
