Hi, On my Poseidon Z RGB, many times when I'm typing and push a key it inputs two presses to my PC instead of just one. This slows down my typing speed because I then have to go back and correct it. Is it fixable or should I RMA? Thanks

Hi, I really like that I can shut off the lights on my Z rgb by pushing FN and the sun off/on button. However, since the latest update, I can only completely shut off the lighting when it's on a plain lighting setting. If I do wave with all the colors it simply won't shut off. I really love the wave and I love to be able to turn it off as needed, like when I'm gaming late at night and I don't want to be blasted by bright flashing lights.

Took me a while to try to do this. When I'm in the keyboard section of device manager, my keyboard does not show up. It shows HID Keyboard Device(the driver is from 2006), and Razer DeathAdder Chroma. Any ideas?

I have reinstalled the software several times. Is there a need to uninstall the driver separately, or is it included with the software? If it needs uninstalled separately, how do I do that? Thanks

Hi, I'm loving this keyboard, but I plugged it into my laptop and set up the software there, after having it set up on my desktop PC. When brought it back to my desktop, any time I tried to change the lighting profile the software would freeze with while saying "loading," and the lighting would not change. I reinstalled the software and I was able to change the lighting one time. The second time it froze again on loading. I have done this several times, and even after updating the firmware, the same issue happens and I can't change the lighting more than once without reinstalling the software program. Please help! Thanks!
