[Poseidon z RGB keys double pressing]

I own the blue switch Poseidon z RGB mechanical keyboard, however recently I've been having a problem with double pressing keys. This happens a lot with the E key but also sometimes with the s key, are there any fixes I could do, or do I need to send it up...also if I do send it up for warranty, will it be able to be fixed?

I uninstalled the software, so far it has not changed back

Try to reset your keyboard (hold Fn + Esc) and redo the colors again and see how it goes.

Note: This happens every time I turn the computer on, after changing the profile back

I got myself Poseidon z RGB and edited the colours, all those things...After turning my computer off and turning it on, all the profiles change to fully lighted red...what can I do to fix it
