Could you please try the reinstall step here:
1. plug out your keyboard
2. remove software
3. go to C:\Program Files (x86)\TteSPORTS and clean all files
4. restart your computer
5. plug in the keyboard
6. install software

2. If it works, please reinstall the software: http://www.ttesports.com/files/Product_download/ttesportscommandcenterv1.0243.zip

5. plug in the mouse (use USB 3.0 port if possible)

I created a thread about an issue with my keyboard and you said this new software would fix it. I've installed and it currently isn't fixed. How can I reset my keyboard's memory?
Please follow these steps and delete all your macro settings:
Also please check the top right button and switch your keyboard into normal mode

So far so good!
All the lighting effects seem to be working correctly (I've tried Static, Reactive, Arrow Flow, Wave and Ripple).
One thing I've noticed, is the colour control slider is a bit buggy and the stops don't move all the way to the left or right.
Overall though, dramatic improvement over the previous firmware
If I notice any other oddities I will post them here.
EDIT: Recording a macro crashes the software and doesn't pick up any keys
If you want to use the macro please make sure you switch the keyboard into gaming mode (the top right button on the keyboard)

Just an update on the situation.. I contacted your social media guy on facebook (or girl) whomever - and they said they got in touch with the PM (I assume that's product manager) and said they will able to reproduce the mouse not remembering the DPI step - not sure if this applies to everything not being remembered but he/she mentioned that it had to do with me using such a low dpi step and that it will be patched.
I'm hoping it will resolve the issue

That's what it seems like, months and months go by with no updates on if they're even working on it. A fix that I would literally fix in one day if my profession and job was to figure out the firmware issues and solve them. I don't get why there's such a lack of desire to fix a product they sell? maybe because 95% of their consumers are plebs who wouldn't notice. In one regard I feel they don't care because they accept the fact they're not a mouse company and don't care about their mouse genre reputation. But I think they're making a mistake in not realizing what a great mouse they have potential wise. Oh well!
I'm really sorry for the late update. We've tracked the software update schedule with the engineer for a long time but still waiting for their confirm. We indeed care our customer's opinion and would like to improve our products. Sorry for your inconvenience and will let you know if there is any update

I have an issue with the new software. Everything was working fine until I decided to run the update that you linked as "direct firmware download". The keyboard started glitching badly and most of the new software's functions are gone. The firmware got "updated" from 0 to 40 and now the new update barely works.
-static: can't change spectrum circling's speed
-reactive: works fine.
-arrow flow: can't change colors and it'll be set at a really slow speed for some reason. Resetting the keyboard fixes this
-wave: can only change speed and direction. Presents don't work at all
-ripple: same thing as arrow flow
I have re-done the steps you mentioned to no avail. I have reinstalled the program multiple times now and even in different drives, have deleted the registry but nothing seems to work.
Sorry for your inconvenience. Could you please try to update the firmware to 48 or 51?
We are fixing the software now and will update the new version soon.
