Will the Ventus X RGB use a newer version of the Command Center AP? If so, will the new version include a firmware fix for the Ventus R?
We are still working on the Ventus R software now.

Thanks for your response David. I've uninstalled and re plug in my device. Still the same message turns up when I try to open the Challenger Pro software.

Hi, we've tried the software on our Win 10 computer and didn't happen this situation.
Could you please try the reinstall step here:
1. plug out your keyboard
2. remove software
3. go to C:\Program Files (x86)\TteSPORTS and clean all files
4. restart your computer
5. plug in the keyboard
6. install software

Hi,
my Ventus R cursor occasionally (4 times today) jumps on the screen. Firmware 1.08 and Software 1.0.2.30 are installed. Anything i can do to minimize this effect?

Could you make a video of the occasionally jumps? We'd like to check the problem is caused by the software or the mouse.

Thanks for your advise. Actually we will announce a new ventus series gaming mouse on CES and change the sensor to optical. Hope you will like it

Reinstall step

Does it happen on the other computer? We've tested the software on our Win10 PC and didn't have this problem
