when will this update come out for the older red purple blue challenger prime?
i just got one for the macros but it is useless if i cant use the windows key at the same time and it would be a shame to get a refund as it has a nice feel to the keys
also it would be nice if that big useless back light dial could be used for sound or some sort of macro

Hi there,
If you have the same issue again, please reinstall the software again as following steps:
Reinstall step
1. plug out your keyboard
2. remove AP
3. go to C:\Program Files (x86)\TteSPORTS and clean all files
4. restart your computer
5. plug in the Keyboard
6. install AP

im from the US... i have an EF model... found under the ear cup... it is...HT-RSO-DIECBK13EF002099... But, with that said it worked perfectly before i left on my WIN 10 PC

how would i find the serial # as i have disposed of the packaging months ago... i have been out of town for a few months and when i started the PC today i seem to have the no device found issue even though the volume control appears to work on screen ... oh win 10

2.FN + NUM : FULL KEY LOCK ON/OFF

If you set to 5, the bass sound will affect the other sound.

Hello,
I'm having the same issue with my Level 10M. Cursor has completely stopped working. All other buttons work fine. I've tried all 8 USB ports on my main desktop and 2 other laptops and it isn't working. I love this mouse and hope there is a way to fix this issue.
The same thing as Reclaimer stated in their post happened to my mouse. After adjusting some settings in the software and hitting apply, the cursor completely died.
I'm in Australia.
