Could you open the driver manager, then find your mouse device.
Click right bottom on the mouse icon, refresh the software with v1.0230

We've talked to our PM team. It seems that the DPI button words but can't change DPI.
Could you make a video or describe more details so that we can find out the reason?

BlackElement software causing window contents to disappear when dragging

The software may not support Win 10.
See if Command center can solve it: http://www.ttesports.com/files/Product_download/ttesportscommandcenterv1.0230.zip
If not, we will ask our PM team to solve this problem (many software have this problem when they updated Win7 to Win10)
