  7. You may need to buy and change the switches by yourself...

  14. I've checked with our PM team. For now our software is only support US layout keyboard, so it can't change the keys color that doesn't appear on the UI

  16. Sorry that we couldn't find the season that caused this problem....Can you type "2" and " ' " without shift normally?
  17. I'm afraid that it is the PC setting problem. Did you install any other software that can change the keyboard setting?
  18. I've tested the DPI on our mouse and it didn't change DPI after we unplug it. Could you please try to use DPI 11000 and 100 then reboot it see if your mouse can record the setting?

  23. Hi Robin, We've contacted Basco about this case and here is their response: "We explainted to him our HK Policy is a little different to taiwan. He already accept to pay $150 service charge for replacement as his Poseidon Z is.over 2 years" If there is any misunderstand please let us know, thank you.
