  9. I've checked with our PM team. For now our software is only support US layout keyboard, so it can't change the keys color that doesn't appear on the UI

  11. Sorry that we couldn't find the season that caused this problem....Can you type "2" and " ' " without shift normally?
  12. I'm afraid that it is the PC setting problem. Did you install any other software that can change the keyboard setting?
  13. I've tested the DPI on our mouse and it didn't change DPI after we unplug it. Could you please try to use DPI 11000 and 100 then reboot it see if your mouse can record the setting?

After discussing with our PM team, there are two possibilities: 1. the firmware update software can't recognize your keyboard 2. the firmware hardware is broken Could you please help to try to change the keyboard color with different lighting mode and see if our software can do anything on your keyboard? If possible, please also follow the installation guide here: 1. Unplug your keyboard 2. Remove the old software 3. Uninstall old driver using the Control Panel -- Programs -- Tt eSPORTS POSEIDON Z RGB 4. Go to directory C:\Program Files (x86)\TteSPORTS and remove all files 4. Restart your computer 5. Plug in the Keyboard 6. Install new software
