after a week of waiting for a reply from c/s I have now arranged for the cases to be returned for a refund what can I say there c/s is worse than asus and that's saying something

really frustrated with support which is non existent in the uk have been waiting for nearly a week for a reply sent 4 emails still no answer brought a core w200 case and a p200 case on the 29-7-16 assembled said case and there are parts/ bits damaged and missing hellllllp please any ideas on how to get a response this is my first thermaltake purchase and at nearly £500 you would think there would be better support

received my new case today and its missing some parts nearly £500 spent hellllllllp, w-n odd brackets missing, also can extras be ordered final whinge why does this only come with 3 odd brackets? really poor considering this is a premium case , not very well thought out spent a day putting this together only to find the bits missing, should have checked I am seriously considering sending this back , disappointed
