Hey, I literally signed up just to post this. This is a picture of my newly updated level10 M not connecting to the command center. I've been trying to get a hold of your team but haven't heard back at all. So yeah, I just updated the firmware and it worked fine on a Windows 7 machine. But now it's plugged in to my Windows 10 box and it's still not detecting my mouse. Also would you have a diagram for opening these things up? I need to fix the back button on mine. It only detects a button press under certain pressure. Edit for clarity, I'm sure we're all talking about the original 10m. Not Advanced. I assumed that actually works. But in case anyone feels like they think I might not know what I'm doing, Nah brah. I got the good ol Level 10 M. And I want it to work. I would accept a free RMA upgrade to the Advanced though. (Too much. I know. I kid. But seriously please help me.)
