    Hi all. New to the forum. I'm trying to download the software (in Chrome) and I get a "failed - no file" error. Tried it Explorer and it takes me to an error page in Chinese. Downloading from here: http://www.thermaltake.com/MICROSITE/Riing12RGBRadiatorFanTTPremiumEdition/support.html...anyone else having this problem?
