Dracco captain headset doesn't work, only the cord though. Bought around 2 months ago tried contacting support at my.thermaltake.com.au but no response and been about 3 days. Anyway, could buy a cord seperately? or can I get a replacement.
(when i plug it in the sound is heavily distorted)
