Hi Tt Andy, I too have the same problem. I have a Thermaltake Level 10 Gt Snow and need to replace the Front Panel USB/Audio module. The tip of my headphone plug broke and got stuck inside the jack. I just sent email via your link above. Thanks so much for all your kind help. Best, Bo
