So I bought this case about 5 days ago and build the pc 2 days ago, the thing is it promises that there's an RGB fan at the back, and an RGB decorative thing in the front, both of these were plugged in a panel which is located behind the case, the power was supplied by a molex connector so, I just plugged the molex and left it like that. After I booted the system up the fan started spinning, but the RGB in the fronds and on the fan does not work. The user manual does not mention anything about the connector or how you can activate it, I contacted the support a day ago and didn't get any response and now I hope you guys can help me about this situation.
