[**ATTN Users with Thermaltake Riser Cables**]

So I finally got myself into a position where I can complete my build. All excited I turned it on today. No image. Nothing. My board said it was a GPU  issue. Hours of sweat and swearing and I finally mounted my GPU normally. Now it works. So I guess the cable was no good.

Ok so I've brought a Core P3 and an extra riser cable for my SLI rig....now having the same problems. I'm not really wanting to shell out more of my hard earned cash for what is clearly a poorly designed product. How can I go about getting replacements? Surely this'll be complimentary?
