I advise you to not buy a Ryzen platform if you wan't to try this because i have big problems even opening the TT software let alone change the PWM and RGB control. They have big ryzen compatibility issues with there controllers, i don't know how intel platforms are up with that.
Yes it does if you press the software to open and unplug the usb from the controller that wil show up, otherwise if you dont unplug the controller it keeps searching the controller, because the controller has no time-out (i gues) the window wil not open.
yea i have the normal riing (non plus) fans and the software isn't showing up eigter it is in my taskbar but i can't open it. It is because of compability issues, i don't know the exact issue either.
Wel the best thing that you can do at this moment is go to the support and ask for an compatible controller and hope that you get it soon. I'm pretty ### because of this compatibility issue... didn't thought this would happen to 90€ fans ... if i don't get a response in 2 weeks i wil RMA the product and take some regular fans.
It's due to Ryzen compatibility the controller doesn't work with Ryzen i have the same problem i've send a mail to the TT support asking for a ryzen compatible controller but i'm still waiting for a response. You might be better of though im using a gigabyte AX370 gaming K5 wich are supposetly even worse. I'hope the new controller wil work if i get one. Have you tried pluging it into a usb port on the back of your mobo? (works in some cases, not in mine).
