THERON gaming mouse

Hi, i'm having problem with the side buttons and sensitivity buttons of my theron. They are not responding. But they were responsive when i bought the mouse a month ago. But the left and right click as well as the scroll button are working. My theron is working like an ordinary mouse with no extra buttons. Any suggestions guys?
