  1. Hello, This software is really difficult to work with. Everytime I click "Save" on TT RGB Plus, all the controllers assume the same colours as the current one I'm on...? What is the purpose of a button like this? Isn't the save button to save to the profile? Changing between profiles just flat out resets everything. This is so incredibly frustrating to have spent over $300AUD on these fans, only for the software to be this ####. Oh, and lets not forget how it crashes every 3 seconds. Probably gonna end up writing my own software this at this point. Thanks.
  2. OK, I will certainly have a try. Where did you get the cables without the circuit board? Is the 4 pin connector a standard connection (I didn't really have a good look, is it just a standard 4 pin fan header connection?) or is it proprietary? Thanks.
  3. Hey, Thanks for the response! The power cable (4 pin to molex) that was provided is the sleeved one (with the circuit board), I'm using this on each of the four controllers. Also, I'll definitely have a go at that mod, thanks for the help.
  4. Hello all, So, I recently started a new build, the build has 12 of the Thermaltake Riing Plus 14 TT Premium Edition fans installed in different locations around the case (The Tower 900), 2 D5 pumps / reservoirs, and a Thermaltake VGA block. Currently, I have all the fans, pumps and blocks connected through 4 of the provided controllers, controllers 1, 2 and 4 are chained together, controller 3 is on top of the case for the fans that can't reach the other set of controllers. Currently, the software works as intended, I can set all the fans to whatever colours I'd like, etc. But, about 5-10 minutes into using the software, controllers 2 and 4 are blanked out and no longer accessible, and pretty much all the fans get their colours mixed up. The only way to get access to controllers 2 and 4 is to restart the PC, and then I have to put all my settings back in. I've checked all the switches on the back of each controller to ensure theres no ID clashes, and tried unplugging all cables and putting them back in the controllers -- nothing so far. Is there any reason for this? How can it be fixed? I also am exploring the possibility of using the premium controller so I can get everything synced with ASUS aura (or whatever it is), since I have other components controlled through there. But that only allows 9 fans, and since my motherboard only has a single addressable RGB header, I won't be able to connect all 12 (plus my pumps and GPU block) to it. Got a number of questions relating to this: Can the premium controllers be modded to support 15+ products? Could I possibly connect one of the provided controllers (or an actual internal USB hub) to the premium controller and run 4/5 fans of a single premium controller port (possibly at the expense of them not being individually controllable?) Can I somehow connect two of the premium controllers? (pretty confident this one is a no, since ASUS addressable headers only support up to 120 LEDs, and theres only a single port). Are there any other ways I could get all 15 of my Thermaltake products hooked up to ASUS Aura? Apologies for the long post, very appreciative of anyone who takes the time to help me out! Thanks.
