    Same here I have just brought my husband one of these keyboards and have been trying to install all afternoon, keyboard as a keyboard is working fine , but can not utilise all of the features of this board as it just says "hardware not detected" running windows 10

     

    the beginning start menu for install just says nothing (no hardware)
