Wow what great customer support. . Still nothing

I was really excited to be a part of the Thermaltake Community when I saw had a forum. However seems as if there is only 2 or so people who even active. No one ever comments. Giving helpful suggestions or answers. Guess I'll return my kit today. Ekwb.com here I come

I have purchased a Kit from a local store and honestly my fault for not going into full research first. However, I haven't installed anything yet. I came tot he forums first because the QR in the front brought me here. I am finding out that Thermaltake has a lot of customer service problems for one, first hand... I have called them thru out the day probably 50x's. I had some very important questions I need answered or Ill have to return the kit and go with EKWB. After all they have answered their phones... +1... A: Customer Service Issues B: During my search I found the radiator for the M240 kit blows.... Its corrodes a great deal even if properly handled and, washed out, and proper fluid is put in. c...... Almost every PC Design will have 90 angle or bends. With me having the hard kit I understand how to bend the tubes. However for a kit... you don't supply all the fittings as in elbows for 90 bends or corners. I have the Thermaltake Core P90 Tempered Glass Edition Mid-Tower Chassis CA-1J8-00M1WN-01, Case.... So you give 3 nice fans but the RPMs on them forgive my language are laughable to boot... after seeing a lot of your comp is 2k+... You don't even put a 3 fan rad in the kit.... I understand to make us want to upgrade to put them all on... but still... I only have 6700k and nice other components z170a m5.... I thought maybe since I haven't gotten any reply from Thermaltakes emailing them or calling them I would come here. I have limited time. As I stream High end Mythic Material. and I am losing $$$ Thanks hope to hear from someone. Bring on the trolls, I am sure.
