Hello, I'm getting this error when attempting to open the TT RGBPlus software. (Could not find fan Controller, please check the Fan Controller is connected) (Error Code:H_0x0001). Tried everything I've found on the site, however I'm still unable to get this to work.

Hello, I facing a issue with my Pump's LED's not working. LED's worked on initial setup and final install, and for reasons unknown the lights stopped. I've confirmed that the pump is still running. anybody else come across this issue before?
