  1. Alright so this is a bit of a strange one. I have my computer at home set up for Wake On LAN and Remote Desktop so that wherever I am in the world I can turn my PC on and grab a file or start a download or whatever. However sometimes I lose connection to the computer and am unable to reconnect even after sending another WOL command, I get home and have a look and one of 2 things have happened: 1: PC is on and frozen on login screen wallpaper, only responds to force shutdown, all motherboard RGB is frozen and one of my 2 RGB RAM sticks is not lit up - possible RAM problem? 2: PC is on with no display output, doesn't respond to holding the power button for over 30 seconds - have to turn off power supply switch, RGB frozen, 1 RAM stick off. Never seen a blue screen or any sort of error code. This happens randomly (usually quickly) but it only seems to be when using Remote Desktop, I can go weeks without any kinds of crashes and the second I connect remotely it's frozen, however sometimes I can remain remotely connected for over 6 hours with no issues.https://inro.in/lucky-patcher https://inro.in/9apps/ inro.in/vidmate/ Already tried resetting CMOS, swapping RAM sticks to opposite slots.... Motherboard is Asus B450 F Gaming and CPU is AMD Ryzen 5 1600x and Memory is G.Skill 16GB (2x 8GB) F4-3200C14D-16GTZR DDR4 3200Mhz Trident Z RGB.
  2. HI. About a year ago I've build a computer for mainly video editing purposes and a little bit of gaming. Unfortunately, the computer has a really low performance in games as well as in overall use. I had multiple people looking into the issue and no one was of help. I am really desperate for fixing the issue ASAP as i am working on a big move project. 3. So i broken my new(ish) Acer Iconia 10 b3-a50 tablet. Acer wanted me to send it in for an repair assessment costing £40 before giving me a repair quote however I know that I've broken the touchscreen glass / digitizer and the LCD and they will need replacing. I've spoken with their parts department and the parts alone are £100. My issue is that the tablet is only £140 new. I'm think its a new tablet, do you agree? Also, what shall I do with the broken one? Bin it? Keep it for spares? https://downloader.vip/ccleaner/ https://www.happywheels.vip/ https://vlc.onl/ Thanks
  4. Laptop screen started doing this 2 days ago by itself. It only happens when screen refreshes itself (like playing a video or when i type something or use mousepad) otherwise it doesn't happen. I have done everything i could do (mostly software related, i'm not into laptop's hardware). Is there anything i could do to fix this ? https://www.minimilitia.mobi/ https://www.applock.ooo/ https://www.7zip.vip/
  5. I've heard that RAM is simply a drive that is significantly faster than typical SSDs and HDDs. Is this true? Apparently it can be done with minimal Linux distros but impossible for Windows. But assume I have 64gb of RAM that's much larger than the base Windows install, can I theoretically load the entirety of Windows into RAM without the existence of a drive in my PC? 6. a couple of nice Xeon, and a bunch of memory. Tried to stuff it into a Norco 24bay I already owned - no go! The board can be made to fit but airflow and PSU fitment aren’t going to work :-( Drat! I’d like to find a nice comfy home for this board, I’ll put the Norco back together as it was and cry a little lol. I really do like the trays in that chassis dammit! TAM looks to be out of the cheaper chassis mentioned in that post, it’s also not 109% clear to me but did those also require an upgraded backplane? What backplanes do I need to keep an eye out for? I think 4u is going to be what I want as if I can find a chassis I’ll move my drives over and 3u isn’t enough! Ugh I hadn’t wanted to build a whole new box but I’m in it now so I’d appreciate advice. I’ll be looking to quiet it down with a good single PSU and fans but the linked post covers that pretty well. I may hit up the local Craig’s while I’m at it so chassis models and backplane pointers much appreciated, this is going to sting I fear lol.

  8. I picked up one of the very nice X9DR boards mentioned here http://reddit.com/r/PleX/comments/84hpwm/plex_server_build_recommendation_3u_16bay_4u/ a couple of nice Xeon, and a bunch of memory. 9. I am slowly starting my hardline build and looking for 2x360mm rads. I have come across a few like: Ek Alphacool Xspc Thermaltake Is there really a large difference between these different brands for quality wise? I know some are a thinner series, some pretty thick. Anyways I appreciate your time https://downloader.vip/minecraft-pocket-edition/ https://downloader.vip/counter-strike/ https://downloader.vip/google-play-services/
  10. So I couldn't really put the question in the title but let's try to make it quick. So I wanted to get into watercooling for quite a time, but always kind of put it off for either cost, time or simplicity reasons. I don't do a lot of overclocking and would rather keep the system very quiet. So the question is, can I keep the noise on the same level with my current air cooled rig? (6850K with a bequiet dark rock pro 3 and a single 1070 FTW) I will add another 1070 and use 1 280mm and 1 420mm radiator in a single loop. So what do you guys reckon on noise levels? 12. irst time posting in r/sffpc, so please pardon my n00b-ness in SFF. I'm planning for getting a new build when the new AMD B450 ITX board is released (probably early August or so). The temporary component list can be found in PCPP. As you can see in the PCPP link, I'm planning to get myself a Thermaltake Core V1 for these reasons: It is a budget case. It is sold for around €50 in europe, but it can fit almost a full-length GPU. I don't really care about aesthetic (as you can surmised from my build, no RGB component at all) as I am simply looking for functionality and ease of use. The separated PSU compartment really helps cable management later and I can still fit a tower cooler like the Cryorig H7 in there later on. The case build looks solid enough from various reviews and the side panel can be interchangeable. I can remove the acrylic panel to the HDD tray side such that the CPU and GPU has direct air intake access. This should help with thermal management. I also can't find other cases that use that huge 200 mm fan. I would like to hear your opinion on my potential build and probably provide some comments on anything that I can improve. I also would like to find if there are other alternatives to the Thermaltake Core V1 which offer similar features at the price point.https://bluestacks.vip/ https://textnow.vip/ https://downloader.vip/vpn/
  13. So just through browsing through posts on here and on the sales thread I’ve come to the realization that PSUs are a lot more important that I ever thought. I’ve generally disregarded them and just gone with whatever cheapish option there has been, but would always get a brand I’ve at least heard of. I’ve never really had any issues, at least knowingly, thought I’ve typically gone a solid 100 Watts or so over what was necessary. But now I’m curious. I’m using a thermaltake PSU right now and I’m not even certain what the wattage or the model number is off the top of my head, but my real question is just whether or not thermaltake generally makes good PSUs or not. Or if there is a specific place people go around here in regards to PSU grades?UC browser SHAREit MX player
  14. For example if I search for "pencil", amazon will automatically lock me into "office products" category. And If I want to look for "baking powder" I will have to change the category back to All Departments myself. Any way to prevent amazon from doing this automatic department filtering? 15. I defined both the speakers and the headset as my audio output devices, and I switch between my speakers (Win10) and the headset via the sound button on the top right. The problem is that when I switch to the headset, the sound goes through and everything, but I can't control the sound via the controls that are attached to the headset. If I unplug the headset, then insert them again then it will work. But afterwards when I declare this "new device" that just got plugged in as the one I want to be switched to from the speakers, I'm facing the same problem. Anyone met thisNox Showbox Mobdro
