  1. Black X Duet SATA HDD docking station - drive ejection problem

    I have had a Black X Duet since April 2018, so it's only 6 months old as I write this. It works for a short while, and then will just eject one or both drives. I tried different USB cables and HDD, but the problem persists. I am using an IMac with system OSX 10.11.6. I haven't changed OS versions or anything. How do I make a proper diagnosis?
