[TT RGB Plus crash after launch]

I can't solve my problem and now I needhelp but anyone help me, that's really good, no ?

[TT RGB Plus crash after launch]

I installed the app yesterday. Two hours ago, 
I launched my PC and after I opened Windows, the Update launcher of TT RGB Plus was open but I have a power cut. 
So, I relaunched my PC and TT RGB Plus crash anytime now. 
I uninstalled and re installed the app but nothing can fix this issue. 
Can you help me ?
