Any tips on why the cooling efficiency of my rl 360 soft tube kit is not really good enough to keep my 9900k cool even at stock speeds? i have tried many coolants and many heatsink pastes. got Kryonaught on the w1 block heatsink now.

Even at stock this cooler cant keep my cpu cool im guessing its a dud. Or my 9900k is a dud.

Hi there I have the RL360 soft tube liquid cooling kit and find temps to be higher than what a 240 aio would manage to do. Anyone have any tips to fix that issue?
