  1. I am quite frustrated over this same issue. I have tried every conceivable "fix" listed here and still no joy! I am running RGB 1.2.5 and have also tried all other versions prior to this one. I bought the Riing 12 plus 5 pack with controller, so the current version should be working on my system. I have tried plugging into an external USB with no results. I even purchased the TT Sync controller only to find that my Aura header is 12V. Right now the fans come on and cycle slowly through the spectrum, but that's all I get out of them. My system is an ASRock z270m Extreme4 with an Intel 7700K CPU and 32gb of ram, GEForce GTX1080 and using an older Thermaltake case with RGB lighting. I am running windows 10 64bit. Seems the best solution for this is either a more compatible controller that can be recognized by a wider variety of system boards. Or, better still a controller for the 12V headers for Aura!!!
