[I think my controller died after one day]

Good day,

Seems like my controller just died after less than 24 hours of use. Bought the Thermaltake View 31 Case which came with 3 fans and the controller to connect them together.

It seems like the controller is not receiving any power. I'm going to have to check if it's mobo but I doubt it. 

Is there anywhere to purchase a new one? 

Help would be greatly appreciated.
