Hello I have recently build my computer and I have the controller that came with the case hooked up to my Z390 Gigabyte Aorus Master board using one of the USB 8-pin ports. When running the software for the case it won't let me change the fan speed but I can adjust RGB lighting no problem. I will provide a screenshot attachment to what it looks like. I do not know what I did wrong. I will provide a screenshot of what my connector setup looks like in the case as well. Is this software not supported for my board or have I hooked this up wrong?
