    hi, I installed DPS G 3.1.1 and logged in, but on the site "http://dps.thermaltake.com/en/remote" the PSU is always offline even if the PC is turned on. moreover it does not send the reports / feeds to the site and even the meters do not go up. the win10 FW is open at entry / exit.
