English is not my native language ( for example I'd rather write, not speak), so I 'd rather list the part numbers vs trying to explain what parts do I need and potentially getting something that I did not mean... how difficult it is for a sufficiently big company to actually list part numbers along with part pictures ? I already sent an email to the customer service yesterday, waiting... ultimately I can try to get photoshop and circle pictures of the parts in red for example

Hi I 'd like to order several spare parts for Thermaltake Core X2 chassis, so I have question - where I can get some kind of catalog with parts numbers (like for example the metal plate used to mount 2.5" HDD/SSD drives, etc) ? Manual and datasheet for the case which show spare parts/chassis' components do not indicate any part numbers - they are just pictured there, w/o any codes/numbers that can be used to order. Please let me know. Thank you !
