Ok so I bought a new view t31 case and used it with the 3 case fans for about 3 weeks. I unplugged everything one day doing cable management and now after redoing what I undid to manage cables the light on the controller will not come on and the controller will not function. The fans function at a single speed with blue rgb lighting only. Any way to fix this issue? I have the error from both Riing plus rgb premium edition and TT RGB Plus softwares saying my computer could not find the fan controller. What can I do?
