  1. The last update still failed to resolve the issue.
  2. Did they update all of the video footage claiming that NeonMaker isn’t compatible with anytime outside of the Riing Quad Controller as well? At the 8:20 mark in this particular video, Thermal Mike says that the NeonMaker software is compatible with their entire ecosystem. He then confirms at 11:00 that the Riing Plus fans also fall into that category. https://youtu.be/MB00oKX-j3w
  3. NeonMaker won’t recognize any of the 2 controllers on my system. Your website says that NeonMaker is comparable with Riing Plus fans. Which on is it? Please clarify. Are they compatible or not? 4. Same exact issue. I’m using 2 with the Y cable. Thermaltake Riing Plus 12 Premium Edition (x6) Thermaltake Riing Plus 14 Premium Edition (x3)

He says to keep a eye out on NeonMaker software update.
  6. All set. I had to delete the Tt folder which was located within the App Data folder. I then uninstall and then reinstalled the software. Everything is working perfect now.
  7. I just received 2 new replacement fan controllers from Thermaltake because the Riing Plus software failed to recognize one of the controllers. I installed both of the new controllers and now the software at least sees that both are present. The software is still unstable though as Thermaltake’s Riing Plus software keeps turning OFF all of my 9 fans LED’s after about 30 plus minutes or so. The fans continue to spin and thankfully have not shut off as a result of this problem. I am using brand new fan controllers that I recently (this week) received from the company so this doesn’t appear to be a hardware issue. I have only the number 1 switch set on controller 1 to the ON position and only the the number 2 switch set to the ON position on controller 2, yet the software recognizes them as controller 2 and 3... When I click the SAVE button in the Riing Plus software, ALL LED’s on all 9 fans turn on and work perfectly until 30 or so minutes pass. Then they all turn off simultaneously. Can anyone shed and light of this topic? ADC3C96E-0ADB-48FA-9C23-9C26FAF32AC0.MOV
  8. I own a View 31 case which I love. I currently have a Gigabyte Aorus 1080ti mounted in the case via the vertical bracket. This is a 2 slot card. I want to upgrade to a 2080ti and of course mount it vertically as well but the model that I want is a 3 slotter. Does anyone think it is still possible to make it work in this particular case being that it only has 2 vertical mounting slots available? IMG_1269.HEIC
