  1. The small blue wire plugs into a fan or PWM header on the motherboard for powering the pump . I am not sure but you may be able to use it for an add-on tachometer. I have never used this specific pump, but I have used pumps with a 3rd wire and was able to use the molex for power and the other for tach . I know that some pumps offer a Molex or a PWM option for power . I would assume this is what yours is so you can use either one.
  2. I have had the same problem with Orange, but with the green and Red I have had no problem. I am also using Hard tubing and not sure if this makes much of a difference. I also live in the Philippines, and I have a Conquer I built with Orange C1000 and had it sitting in a room that does not get used much use so I believe it was the constant heat and it sitting turned off had something to do with turning bad. There are conditioners out there like a Bioside by EC that may help. We are doing some testing of a number of different products and will report back when done as to our findings. In a nut shell. I think if you use C1000, make sure your computer is in a cool place and is always running and try to use hard tubing as much as possible. I hope Thermaltake stands by their product and replaces the C1000 product everyone has purchased and perhaps give a free upgrade of their newer condensed product. Hopefully they will also produce a good conditioner/stabilizer.
  3. The only thing I can think of is the setting on the bottom of the pump should be set at 5 and make sure the controller is not restricted in the Bios speed setting. Not sure what motherboard you have, but try checking these two items. I am no pro, just have built a few open loop systems using TT products, so I know a little just from my experience. Good luck
  4. I would trust the motherboard software over the riing software. You may also want to add temp sensor TT CL-W151-CU00BL-A. I use these on all my open loop builds and have been very accurate. I cant say I have had the best experience using TT software or pretty much any 3rd party software. It seems they are all getting better, but certainly not perfected yet. There is a post in the Tt community from December 25 2017 that my be of help. Good luck,
  5. I have put together this PDF to help those who are installing multiple pumps and fans as it might make it a good quick point of reference. With all the cables provided when installing multiple items it can get a bit confusing, well it was for me anyway and I couldn't really find anything on line that showed a multi Thermaltake PR22 D5 Plus Pumps with multiple Riing Plus fans install. Good luck!! Thermaltake Multi PR22 -5 Plus Pumps and Multi Riing Plus Fans wiring instructions.pdf
  6. I am installing 3 Pacific PR 22 d5 plus pumps with 3 480 radiators and 12 rgb fans with controllers as I purchased 3 5pac RGB to Riing plus "12" sets with controllers and I am wondering if anyone can post a wiring diagram here as it will sure save me a lot of time. It seams I am a bit confused about the link to each controller as it looks like there are a couple different options to connect multiple hubs. So if anyone has already done an install like this, or knows how or has a diagram I would sure appreciate you posting it. Thank You I am building TT P7 with Asus z370 Fomrula 8700k ichill GPU with water block and I am taking advantage of the motherboard cooling block and adding a W4 Plus CPU cooler. Not my first time building with TT open loop components, but first time with multiple pumps and the "Plus" series. Any help is much appreciate! if I don't hear back from anyone, I will post a complete diagram with pics once done. Thank you
