I see this topic all the way back to 2014 on the Challenger Prime and no resolution? My software will install but icon never shows up in the system tray and if I start manually it just flashes up and disappears. Firmware update will not run either, device apparently not found says to plug in (it is). Come on Thermaltake, support your products. How can this still be a problem 4 years later?
