I have also the same issue that in the SPM or on the mobile app my PSU is not uploading the data neither it has remote access.
OS version: Win 10 Pro 1809 Build 17763
OS Language: Russian
PSU: Toughpower DPS G RGB 650W TPG-0650D-R
PSU S/N: PSTPG0650DPCGEURAR000041
SPM account: gamer813@mail.ru
In the DPS software all activities are logged but not uploaded into SPM.
