My son recently purchased a keyboard, mouse and headset combo, and when we plug in the KNUCKER keyboard the Caps, Num and Shift locks are all blinking at the same time. It's recognized by my OS (Windows 10) as a usb keyboard, but when trying to type nothing works. When I downloaded and tried your keyboard application to map keys it didnt' recognize that it was plugged in. No backlit LED lights are working. I need help please

How did you fix this issue. i have exactly the same issue and cannot get it to work. Please help
