A couple of days ago, when the computer restarted, the application launched the update and maybe it was interrupted in the middle. After that, a couple of times came the message that there is no USB connection. I completely reinstalled the application, but it had no effect. Now it does not start at all. Device manager has no USB recognize errors.
DPS G 1200W Platinum purchased two weeks ago.
