Anyone?

Hi, I've tried several things after installing all my new ring 12. Running Win10x64 ver 1809. I have the LED's and fan spin on all connected to the controller yet the software consistently states it cannot find the controller. Suggestions on this one? I can use ASUS Aura to control the LED's but I don't have as much granular control over speeds. I am using the ROG Zenith Extreme and it comes with the fan ext card (https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboard-Accessories/FAN-EXTENSION-CARD/). I have all three PWM's going into the mobo fan ext card from the TT controller. I have the LED cable properly in the 5v RGB header and I have the sata power properly connected straight from PSaU.
