[Neptune Elite RGB lighting modes]

I have a TTE SPORT Neptune Elite RGB (blue) and on the website, it says the keyboard has 14 different lighting effects while I only have 10. Is this going to be fixed! or is there a way I can fix it

Also is there a place where I can download RGB profiles and apply them or can you not do that on this keyboard.
