Hey so I recently bought 2 packs of the riing trio 12 fans (6 fans). I connected 1 usb header to my motherboard and connected the two mirco usb ports into each controller. I then plugged each one into a molex connector so they had power. I switched one of the DIP switches to #1 and the other to #2 but the software won't pick both controllers up but if I unplug one of the mirco usb's from one controller It will pick up the controller it is plugged into. What is going on and how can I fix this?
