    On my keyboard Tt eSPORTS Neptune Elite RGB, the number seven along the top row of numbers has an issue. When i press it it types "9-". Also when i press underscore/hyphen key it comes up with this "098890-". when i download the software to change the colours of the keyboard it says there is no keyboard connected. i have tried redownloading it and tried all the different usb ports and it gets the same result. please help
