I bought the mouse like few month ago (This year though, haha)

So, The Mouse firmware for model
Tt eSPORTS IRIS RGB HATSUNE MIKU Edition, 
When you click update now, it instantly died correct.

They gave  out firmware update manually, 
Download it, extract.
but you might wanna disable your antivirus, cause it will make the installation to became unresponsive.
Just click and lauch. will be automagically work again.

Alright, im facing the same problem as you do.

The link given are the firmware update for,
Tt eSPORTS IRIS OPTICAL RGB HATSUNE MIKU Edition.

the size is around 400kb (100kb+, for the rar file)
After you extract them, you might wanna disable antivirus. Because it would totally blocked the update and ended being unresponsive (Not Responding).
So, is just click and launch. 
took me 2 hours to resolve this haha. While watching Kimetsu no Yaiba .
