Hi, I have just finished building my PC and I have downloaded the software for the Thermaltake Riing Plus 12 fans and it is saying no controller found... I have reinstalled the software and checked them a few times, watched loads of vids and yet still no answer. I even called support but it is boxing day so understandable. The 9 fans currently are just multicoloured moving round in a circle. Same with my pump and I am so sick of Thermaltake now... someobody please help.

Okay, so I bought the newest rgb 12 premium plus fan things or whatever and I have the controller but I don’t know how to power it. I believe it is a moler connection but I don’t know if my motherboard has one... Gigabyte Z390 aorus master...
