Well, based on a lack of support from Ttesports (emailed their customers service) and a lack of support on this forum, made me realize this company isnt worth my time. Cancelled my Ttesports Premium X1 keyboard from Amazon and now I am a proud new owner of the Logitech G910. Needless to say, wont be a returning customer. Thanks for nothing...

Keyboard and software was working fine until I adjusted the Polling Rate from 500 to 1000. Once I made the change, the keyboard became unresponsive. I restarted computer and now keyboard wont even turn on and is not recognized as being plugged in. Also the software immediately closes when I open it. Any ideas?

having the same problem with software shutting down immediately after opening it. also keyboard is completely disabled.....
