    Hello friends, I find a solution for this nightmare Just go to the installation folder, default path is "C:\Program Files\Tt\TT RGB Plus" and just rename this file "HWiNFO64.dll" to something else I've tested this on Last version of TT RGB plus 1.3.7 and it works! no dropouts/spikes anymore
