Thanks for replying. I got it working yesterday,my bad, i didnt have the usb cable inserted properly on the motherboard.

I have recently built my first pc using the TT Commander c35 case but the top left usb port is not working,anything I should try?

Sorry yes, C35. Thanks for the answer but it's a problem for that particular motherboard I mentioned.

I have a Gigabyte x570 i aorus pro wifi motherboard, will it fit in the Thermaltake Commander G35 case? I ask because I know there was an issue with the motherboards backplate on some of the other Thermaltake cases where people couldnt screw this motherboard to it.
