So, First my mouse had its DPI constantly reset to 200 which was annoying, so i figued maybe updating it would help. Well it didnt. My mouse Now has No lights and the mouse wont move, this is not my Pc's fault as my other mouse works. Please help. The only light on is where the sensor is with the red light. I need help or i'm gonna have to refund. also whenever i open the program thing it keeps saying to have it plugged in. I really want help. Thanks.
