    Hi! I recently bought a RGB Smart 600W, and the lighting is brilliant. However, whilst playing Diablo 3 (with nothing else running) the PSU seems to be under heavy load and hits around 40 Db This is quite far from your 28Db curve at 100% load - and very much far from "ultra quiet". Could the PSU be faulty or is this how it is ?
