  1. I have been building systems for over 25 years. THIS IS THE WORST TECHNICAL SUPPORT EVER RECEIVED. I filled out the form on the website and got the standard message that we will get back to you. I have called the number only to get the voicemail run around from option one to option two when it says to call back later when the lines are not busy. It seems they are never not busy. I have sent email about my defective power button circuit board in my Versa H22 plus case. I just wanted to get a replacement circuit board to install as swapping cases seems like a big hassle that I don't want to do. I have run a power button from an old intel server chassis and have it hanging outside the case as the only way to power on my PC other than using a screwdriver. I realize with Corona that people are not working per se but this is really pathetic. My case is at this point out of warranty but I would like to hear from a human being about getting a replacement part. Otherwise I will have to steer my customers away from this company as they stand so far behind their products that you need a telescope to see them.
